it's a bit a strange question as I would expect that it is easy enough to find penholder frames in China?
Anyhow most webshops have them, check for example the webshop of http://www.game11.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (don't forget to select 'penhouder handvat' before you order!)

I expect the cheaper price in Holland or other European countries than in China. That is the reason I posted it and also Euro is going down compared with Chinese money.
