Wie kan mij helpen met de uitleg over de cijfers : DHS W968 20191123 - 9 of W968 202003 - 2 twee cijfers te kort.
Vooral het laatste cijfer 9 en de 2.

W968 202003 - 2

20191123 lijkt me een productiedatum/releasedatum, net als 202003 (zonder dag)

de laatste 2 cijfers heeft met provinciale goedkeuring/nationale goedkeuring etc te maken, zie hier een stukje:
